To change the ActiveFax clock, you can typically adjust the system clock on your computer, as the ActiveFax clock is typically synchronized with the system clock. Make sure to update the system clock to the correct time in order for the ActiveFax clock to display the accurate time.
I need to move Activefax to a new server. The clients can communicate to the new installation but they can not see any of the old folders. How do I import the "index" to the new server?

When you installed the program on a new machine, all the settings were set to default. This means that the predefined directory was automatically scanned for files to be imported. In order to import the data, you need to specify the directory that should be scanned. Regarding this, in order to access your files, you should make sure that the directory has write permission active. Also, when using a network share, like your case, it's advised to use the UNC path (i.e. \server\share) instead of mapped driver letters. For more information, check the Help menu inside the program.
